IPTV playlist or channel not playing: what to check

1. The playlist itself will not load

1. Check your phone’s internet connection and the full address: http:// or https://, the complete path and all parameters.
2. Ask your source whether the link and your access are still valid. A sign-in page or server message is not a playlist.
3. For file import, make sure you selected an .m3u or .m3u8 file, not an archive, image or HTML page. Obtain a fresh copy from your source if the file is damaged.

2. The list loads, but one channel will not play

1. Try another channel from the same playlist. If it works, this helps narrow the issue to the particular stream.
2. Check your access expiry, permitted number of simultaneous connections and any regional restrictions with your source.
3. If your source offers another quality option, try it. Format support and playback quality also depend on the device and connection.

3. No channels work, or playback keeps stopping

1. Check ordinary internet access. If another network is available, compare the result and account for possible mobile data use.
2. Ask your source about maintenance or changed stream addresses. Avoid installing extra apps or changing router settings at random.
3. Record the exact error message and when it appeared. Keep your working playlists and settings: clearing app data is not the first troubleshooting step.

• Your IPatyj version, device model, Android version, network type and exact error message.
• Whether the problem occurs during import, on one channel or on all channels, and which of the checks above you have already performed.
• A screenshot of the error with private addresses, usernames and passwords removed. Do not send a complete paid playlist or a link containing an access token.
