IPatyj Mobile legacy FFmpeg decoder

This application includes FFmpeg code. The LGPL version 2.1 text and the Apache 2.0 text for the AndroidX Media3 JNI adapter are included alongside this notice.
The exact legacy libffmpegJNI.so binaries are identified by SHA256 in the accompanying preparation manifest. The embedded Lavc60.3.100 string does not uniquely identify the source revision or build configuration.
The Universal FFmpeg source archive must not be presented as verified corresponding source for this legacy Mobile decoder. Source provenance is still being established; this notice is a preparation resource, not a claim that source distribution obligations are complete.
